Total Community Options (TCO) is a family of nonprofit
organizations that serve as the comprehensive resource for
Colorado's aging population.
TCO Foundation Supports the Following Programs

Total Longterm Care
Total Longterm Care, Colorado's first PACE provider (Program of
All-inclusive Care for the Elderly).
Nationally, PACE is an innovative program that serves
individuals who are age 55 or older, certified by their state to
need nursing home care, are able to live safely in the community at
the time of enrollment, and live in a service area.
Delivering all needed health care and supportive services, the
program is able to provide the services to seniors with chronic
care needs so they can maintain their independence in their homes
for as long as possible.

Johnson Adult Day Program
The Johnson Adult Day Program (JADP) is a specialized facility
in Englewood providing adult day activities to those with memory or
physical impairments. Respite, education and case management
services are provided for caregivers.
JADP is the only stand-alone day center in Denver specifically
designed for those with memory loss. JADP offers a variety
activities geared toward social engagement, cognitive stimulation,
and physical exercise and is pleased to provide full-time medical
oversight by a registered nurse. The facility is equipped with an
electronic roam alert system as well as secured outdoor gardens and
paths. A multi-level approach is used for activities, with rooms
designated for specialized programs to accommodate the changing
needs of participants.

Seniors Inc.
Seniors Inc., founded in 1969, began serving the elderly of
Denver in a one-room basement office donated by the Gates Rubber
Company. More than thirty-five years later, Seniors Inc. has become
one of Colorado's premier aging service providers
helping elderly individuals across the state. Seniors
Inc. provides personal care, meal preparation, medication
reminders, transportation, housekeeping, post-hospital care
(non-medical), Medicare and Medicaid advice and enrollment
assistance, assistance with finances and bill paying, and
meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Longterm Care Options
Longterm Care Options (LTCO) is Colorado's largest case
management agency serving individuals with disabilities and older
adults. Specializing in the personal coordination of
long-term care services in community settings, LTCO helps people
who need long-term care assistance in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver,
Douglas and Elbert counties. LTCO helps individuals navigate
the long-term care service network to obtain assistance with daily
living activities, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and
homemaking tasks. LTCO's case management services are available on
a self pay, insurance reimbursement, low cost or Medicaid basis,
depending on a person's individual circumstances.

Pinewood Lodge
Pinewood Lodge provides independent, affordable senior
housing. Built in 2005, it is a pet-friendly, non-smoking
community with 103 apartments. Available to all its
residents, Pinewood Lodge's popular amenities include a craft
center/game room, beauty salon/barber shop, a meeting and party
room, a computer center, and a small well-stocked library.
Pinewood Lodge staff works proactively to provide residents with
high-quality and engaging activities. They are also focused
on maintaining an atmosphere of care and concern through active
staff involvement with residents.
