Total Longterm Care
Total Longterm Care is Colorado’s first PACE provider (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). Nationally, PACE is an innovative system of care that provides services in the seniors’ homes, including assisted living facilities. Health care and rehabilitation services are provided in the centralized Adult Day/Health Centers. Serving the Denver, Colorado metro area, Total Longterm Care provides elder care services designed to help senior citizens stay as healthy as possible and in their own homes and communities.

Total Community Care
Total Community Care, New Mexico’s First PACE Provider is a unique program of care for individuals 55 years of age and older. At PACE, we provide and coordinate care for elders so that they can remain as independent as possible and in their own home and communities. The PACE program includes personal care, medical services, physical therapies, day programs, prescriptions, meals and transportation. With our care, it’s like adding a whole team of professionals to your extended family.

Longterm Care Options
Longterm Care Options (LTCO) is Colorado’s largest case management agency serving individuals with disabilities and older adults.
Longterm Care Options is a non-profit agency specializing in the personal coordination of long-term care services in community settings. LTCO helps people who need long-term care assistance in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas and Elbert counties.

Johnson Adult Day Program
The Johnson Center is a specialized facility in Englewood providing adult day activities to those with memory or physical impairments. Respite, education and case management services are provided for caregivers.
The Center is the only stand-alone day center in Denver specifically designed for those with memory loss. The facility is equipped with an electronic roam alert system as well as secured outdoor gardens and paths. A multi-level approach is used for activities, with rooms designated for specialized programs to accommodate the changing needs of participants. The Center hosts a variety of daytrip experiences for all levels of participation and is pleased to offer full-time medical over site by a registered nurse.

Seniors Inc.
Seniors Inc. is a Colorado nonprofit organization created in 1969 in response to a growing elderly population and the lack of a coordinated service delivery system. Founded in 1969, the organization began serving the elderly of Denver in a one-room basement office donated by the Gates Rubber Company with an annual budget of $25,000. More than thirty-five years later, Seniors Inc. has become one of Denver’s premiere aging service providers and a $5 million statewide organization serving over 8,000 people in 21 Colorado counties.
