Overview
The Total Community Options Foundation (TCO Foundation) enriches
the lives of frail elderly individuals by generating resources that
support the work of its affiliated organizations including Total
Longterm Care, Total Community Care, Longterm Care Options, Johnson
Adult Day Program, Seniors Inc, and Pinewood Lodge.
We value and celebrate the spirit of each of our clients and
participants and work to help them continue to live with dignity
and independence.
The comprehensive care provided through these programs allows
individuals to live more independently in their homes and
communities - even when facing the challenges of dementia and other
medical diagnoses. By providing medical care, day care services,
in-home care, transportation, medications, medical equipment,
therapy and more, our participants live healthier, happier lives
within their own homes and communities.
